90 minutes away from tapping our firkin of Starr Hill Brewing Company's Dark Starr Stout infused with Jameson-soaked oak chips! This beer is dispensed in the old English style—slightly warmer and less carbonated than traditional draft. The warmer temperature and lower carbonation allows for the complex malt and hop balance to shine through. 3pm the fun starts!
